The bedrooms are all different sizes and have different facilities: -

Bedroom A is a large master en-suite room with full bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with built in double wardrobe, chest of drawers, queen sized bed and mattress, bedside table and study desk.  The cost of this room is £889.16 to include all the bills*

Bedroom B is a single sized standard room with single sized bed and mattress, chest of drawers, combination wardrobe and study desk. The cost of this room is £661.09 to include all the bills*

Bedroom C is slightly larger than the B style room and has a queen size bed with mattress, combination wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, study desk and its own wash hand basin and mirror. The cost of this room is £693.56 to include all the bills*

Bedroom D has its own en-suite shower and wash hand basin but no toilet, a queen size bed and mattress, chest of drawers, combination wardrobe, bedside table and study desk. The cost of this room is £803.47 to include all the bills*

*Bills included are council tax, electric, gas, water, tv licence (communal areas only) and communal cleaning every 2 weeks.
