With the Rooftop Portal and the MyRooftop App, you can see your rent balance, make payments, contact the Neighbourhood Team, and more!
What is MyRooftop?
MyRooftop is the Rooftop Housing Group App and web Portal. With MyRooftop you can see your rent balance and make payments, contact your Neighbourhood Housing Officer, report ASB and more.
24 hours a day, and all without having to sit in a phone queue.
Once you have registered for MyRooftop app, you will be able to sign in to MyRooftop Portal too!
What do I need to Register with MyRooftop?
To be able to use the MyRooftop App and Portal you need to have your current Tenancy Sequence Number and ensure that we have your current:
- Phone number
- Email Address
- Date of Birth
Once you have registered you will receive an email to verify your account. You will need to verify your account to use the MyRooftop App and Portal.
If you cannot see an email in your inbox please check your junk folder.

The MyRooftop Portal
The My Rooftop Portal is like the app, only via our website. This is great if you prefer using a computer, or your browser to access services.
With MyRooftop Portal you can see your rent balance and make payments, contact your Neighbourhood Officer, report ASB and more.
Once you have registered for MyRooftop Portal, you will be able to sign in to MyRooftop App too!

App Info Deletion Request
If you would like us to delete the information that the app stores about you, please complete our online form by clicking the button below. Sometimes we have a legal requirement or lawful basis to store data for set periods of time. If this is the case, we will securely store your data and delete in according to our retention policy.
