As part of our continued work to improve our repairs service we are introducing a new way for you to contact us about a repair.
From Tuesday, 3 September you will be able to report a new repair or follow up on an existing repair using our new live chat service on the website.
The live chat will be available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am – 4.30pm and from 9.30am – 4.30pm on a Wednesday and will give you another convenient way to speak with one of our repairs officers in real time.
To reflect the cultural and language needs of the local community, the live chat also has multilingual features. If English is your second language, you will be able to report or discuss your repair in one of 20 languages.
You’ll find the option in the ‘Request a Repair’ area on our website.
