It’s never been more important to protect yourself from scam phone calls.
We have been made aware that a resident has received a call from a suspected scam caller, ‘Housing Development Management Services’ asking about repairs.
Please note that this call is not from Rooftop Housing Group.
If you get a call and are unsure, ask for their name and call us on 01386 420800 for a check.
If you receive a suspicious phone call, what you should do:
- Don't give out any personal or bank details
- Hang up and call the company they claim to be from to check if it is a scam
- Report scam calls to Action Fraud and make your family and friends aware too.
