The Customer Census is open till 1st January 2024. This month, you will receive a short survey by email or by post. There are only 14 questions, and it should take no more than five minutes to complete.
Everyone who completes the survey before the 1stof January 2024 will be entered into the draw for £250. The draw will take place on the 15th January and if you win we will contact you within 5 working days.
Why do we want your information?
We understand you will have given us personal information when you begin your tenancy or lease. But that might have been many years ago, and things change.
We need your information so that we can provide services that meet your needs and we can make adjustments to support you.
We can also get in touch using formats that work for you - such as larger text, braille, audible formats or alternative languages. Or let us know if you prefer to receive our news through email so together, we try to cut down on using paper.
What do we do with your information?
Your information is stored securely. We will never share it, sell it, or use it for anything other than improving how we deliver our services.
