At Rooftop, we believe your voice matters. The best way to improve our services is by listening to the people who use them every day. That’s why we invite our customers to get involved and be part of our two important customer panels: Customer Scrutiny Panel (CSP) and Customer Strategy Group (CSG) to hold us accountable and champion your voice at every level in Rooftop.
Customer Scrutiny Panel (CSP)
The CSP scrutinises our services to its customers. Panel members choose which service areas to review, ask questions and examine information in detail. Then they can make recommendations on what we could do better. They make sure the customers’ voice is heard and can influence how services are provided.
Customer Strategy Group (CSG)
The CSG members review Rooftop’s performance and customers’ satisfaction and make recommendations for any improvements to the Boards. They work alongside Rooftop to help create policies and strategies that promote our customers' priorities, opinions and values.
