PayPoint is now ready for you to pay your rent

We are pleased to announce that PayPoint is now live.

PayPoint, the convenient and accessible rent payment method, comes earlier than anticipated, offering you more control and visibility over your rent payments. You can access your payment information 24/7, meaning you can pay wherever and whenever you want.

Please note that PayPoint is replacing Allpay.

Please also note that you will need your 19-digit PayPoint reference number printed on your rent review letter to pay your rent.

If you are paying your rent by:
  • Direct Debit: You don’t need to do anything.
  • Standing order/bank transfer: Amend accordingly in-line with the 53-week financial year from 1 April 2024.

  • Payment card at Post Office: You can no longer pay at a local Post Office.

There are over 28,000 PayPoint outlets across the UK. To find your nearest outlet visit consumer.paypoint.com.

Discard your Allpay card. You can start using the PayPoint barcode printed on your rent review letter to make payments. The cashier at the PayPoint outlet will scan it to make your payment.

Please speak to us about alternative ways that make it easier for you to pay, such as Direct Debit, standing order or automated card payments.

  • Recurring card payment set up with Allpay: Please cancel these with your bank immediately and speak to us about alternative ways that make it easier for you to pay, such as Direct Debit or standing order.
  • Card payment through 24/7 payment line: Please call 0118 234 9680 (calls charged at 1p per minute) to make the payment. When you call, please have your 19-digit PayPoint reference number printed on your rent review letter on hand. You will need the number to make the payment.
  • Card payment made with an Income Officer over the phone: We apologise but this service is no longer available.

Instead, please call us on 01386 420800, choose the option to ‘make a payment’ and follow the instructions. When you call, you will need to know your payment amount, card details and the 19-digit PayPoint reference number printed on your rent review letter to make payments.

  • MyRooftop App/Portal: The ‘make a payment’ option will redirect you to the new PayRooftop portal. You will need to create a PayRooftop account to use the App /portal: https://rooftoppayments.paypoint.com

Download the new ‘PayRooftop App’
To make it easier for you to pay your rent in the palm of your hand, download the new ‘PayRooftop’ App. You can make rent payments, view your payment history, save bank card details and schedule recurring rent payments. The App is now available on the Apple App Store and on Google Play, just search PayRooftop.
