The newly formed team is dedicated to strengthening connections between the communities we serve and encouraging customer involvement. We also take a moment to thank our incredible volunteers, highlighting their achievements in 2024. We reaffirm our commitment to supporting vulnerable customers, making sure they can access our services fairly and simply. We also feature a few cases showing how our teams listen to customers and work together to provide meaningful support.
