Rooftop Housing Group supports Starts at Home Day, highlighting vital support for residents

Rooftop Housing Group is proud to support Starts at Home Day 2024, a day dedicated to recognising the essential role of supported housing in our communities.

This national event highlights the positive impact of supported housing on individuals and society, emphasising the need for continued investment and government support to ensure vulnerable people receive the support they need to live independently.

For over 30 years, Rooftop has been providing safe, secure and good-quality homes to those in need. With a portfolio of 7,000 homes across South Worcestershire and North Gloucestershire, we have not only built homes but also fostered communities where residents can thrive. We commit to offering good-quality homes and reliable landlord services. We provide advice and support with care to whoever is in need; older people, those living with disabilities, or victims of domestic abuse.

Rooftop residents have shared heartfelt compliments about the positive impact we have had on their lives. One resident expressed their gratitude, saying, “I sincerely thank you and the team at Rooftop for the chance you gave me to settle down. It was a difficult time for me, didn’t know where to go but you came and helped me settle down. I deeply appreciate it.”

Another resident shares, “I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you guys at Rooftop! I have had the worst time with UC, and the lack of help has been appalling, yet you guys are the only reason I’ve had food with referrals to food banks and offered help, guidance and support in a really hard time for me.”
