We’ve instructed a firm of surveyors, Michael Dyson Associates, to carry out stock condition survey of some of our properties in January to March. They will inspect properties externally and internally. Data gathered from the surveys will be used to plan for future investment programmes and it doesn’t affect your tenancy in any way.
We hope that you can support us in giving access to your property. The surveyors will be carrying identification to confirm who they are, and the survey should take no more than half an hour.
Please ask to see some form of identification from the surveyors’ team to confirm they are employed by Michael Dyson Associates.
