Temporary casual opportunity; remote work

£12.21 per hour (as of 01.04.25), 10-12 hours per week (Monday to Friday) between 9:30am to 6pm

About the role

We are looking for someone to conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys on a casual basis, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. These surveys play a key role in gathering feedback on areas such as repairs, programmed works, lettings, and new builds, helping us improve our services and meet customer expectations.

This role offers up to 12 hours per week that can be done remotely, with surveys to be completed between 9:30am and 6pm. It is an ideal opportunity those seeking a flexible, part time opportunity.

About you

The ideal candidate for this role ideally would have some prior customer service experience and a confident telephone manner. Strong conversational skills and a customer-focused approach are essential. Additionally, proficiency in IT is necessary to ensure accurate survey recording.
