About the role

In this role, you will be providing a comprehensive handyperson service for Rooftop properties at Worcester Royal Hospital, being aware of and acting in accordance with health and safety guidelines. You will carry out cyclical health and safety checks, liaise with external contractors, and carry out minor maintenance tasks as required. You will undertake regular tests on fire safety equipment as well as clean, maintain and inspect communal areas to ensure the required standards are met.

About you

The ideal candidate for this role will bring work experience in a similar role, with an understanding of health and safety requirements. IT skills, including the use of mobile devices, are essential to record accurate inspection forms. Additionally, you will need the ability to carry out maintenance tasks while maintaining a customer focused approach, ensuring high quality service and professionalism.
