Our keyworker accommodation is located in the grounds of Worcestershire Royal Hospital, just over one mile from Worcester city centre and two miles from the M5 (junction 6) motorway.

The accommodation is fully furnished and within easy reach of local schools, supermarkets and leisure facilities. Furnished single rooms and two/three bedroom flats/houses are all available to rent.

Our single study bedrooms are rented on an ‘all-inclusive’ basis meaning utilities, council tax and room servicing are all included.

Single study bedrooms: £812.42 per calendar month (this includes a service charge of £459.17)

Two bedroom flat: £1051.62 per calendar month (this includes a service charge of£202.08)

Three bedroom flat: £1140.12 per calendar month (this includes a service charge of£202.08)

Three bedroom house: £1352.67 per calendar month (this includes a service charge of £196.89)
