Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs)

We want tenants to be able to understand how Rooftop is run, how decisions are made, how we spend money and how our housing services are performing. With STAIRs, you can now access important information about us and the services you rely on.

What is STAIRs?

STAIRs stands for Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements scheme. It is a new regulatory standard introduced by the UK Government to enhance transparency for tenants of private sector social housing providers, such as Rooftop.

STAIRs makes it easier for you to access information about your home, your landlord, and the services you receive.
