The new development, designed with the assistance of the residents, provides stunning views over the Avon Meadows Community Wetlands.

Pershore is a pretty market town on the river Avon, famed for its Georgian architecture and magnificent Abbey. Cherry Orchard House’s accessible apartments are conveniently located near to Pershore High Street and close to local amenities.

Radis Community Care are based on site and can provide support, should this be required. Facilities on site include a Lift, a Communal Lounge, Laundry, Guest facilities and Garden. There is also a café, The Cherry Bistro.

Affordable living

All properties are for Affordable Rent only. Residents who are eligible to receive benefit support will be considered equally.

The apartments

The new apartments are all wheelchair accessible with their own kitchen, shower room, bedroom(s) and living room.
A small number of properties will have their own balconies.

Supporting ill health

Radis Community Care is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Staff will provide assessed care support to those residents who require it.

As part of your application, you will be able to select a ‘preferred choice’ of properties and arrange an interview to discuss your application in detail.

A selection panel set up by Wychavon District Council, Rooftop Housing, Adult Social Care and Radis Community Care will then consider each application and allocate properties regarding each applicant’s housing and support needs.
