This week is Tpas Involvement Week.
The week is all about celebrating how residents get involved and make a difference in shaping their homes and communities.
At Rooftop, we encourage our residents to get involved and we’re proud to celebrate how our customers voices are growing stronger.
Since November 2024, our engaged customers group ‘Residents Voices’ has grown from around 50 to 232 residents – a remarkable 364% increase.
Between November 2024 and February 2025, we held two engagement events. Since May this year, 15 engagement opportunities have been organised, including:
- 5 focus groups
- 3 events
- 6 surveys
- 1 procurement panel
The numbers show how passionate our residents are about being heard and shaping our services.
We’re also proud to share, the first time ever, having Gypsy, Roma and Traveller residents taking part in Residents Voices – helping us ensure our engagement reflects the diversity of our communities.
We’ve also established the Customer Strategy Group (CSG), which bring residents together to review and recommend appropriate policies and strategies relating to customer experience. CSG will report to Rooftop’s Board directly, hold the Board and Executive Team to account, and ensure customer voice is heard.
To mark Tpas Involvement Week, Tpas is hosting 10 free online events open to all residents. The events cover topics like tenant-led neighbourhood impact, and creative new methods to AI and digital tools.
