From 22 to 28 June 2026, communities across the UK will come together to celebrate Armed Forces Week and recognise the dedication, sacrifice and service of the Armed Forces community, including serving personnel, reservists, veterans, cadets and their families. Armed Forces Day will take place on Saturday 27 June.
At Rooftop, we are proud to stand with the Armed Forces community. We are committed to ensuring veterans, service personnel, and their families are treated with fairness and respect.
We recognise the valuable contribution that members of the Armed Forces make to our country and the unique challenges they can face when transitioning to civilian life. Having access to safe, secure and affordable housing is an important part of the journey. We work with partners to help former service personnel access housing opportunities and the support they need to build stable futures. We aim to ensure that those who have served our country receive the same commitment from us as they have shown through their services.
Rooftop was awarded the Bronze Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS). This demonstrates our ongoing commitment to being an Armed Forces-friendly employer and housing provider.
