One of the key ways we achieve this is through our Customer Scrutiny Panel (CSP) – a dedicated group of customers who help shape the future of our services through independent reviews and valuable insights.

What is a Customer Scrutiny Panel?

The CSP is crucial in ensuring that Rooftop delivers on its promises. As a panel member, you will conduct in-depth reviews of our policies, procedures and processes, ensuring they align with customer needs and regulatory requirements. With full support from our Customer Engagement Team, you’ll have the tools and resources needed to complete the review.

What is the role involved?

As a CSP member, you will:

• Participate in three scrutiny projects each year
• Attend bi-weekly group project meetings (up to 2 hours, flexibility and accessible meeting options are available, including online participation)
• Join four formal meetings annually, gaining insights from senior leadership, including the Group Chief Executive (Flexibility and accessible meeting options are available, including online participation)
• Report findings and recommendations to our Audit and Risk Committee, ensuring improvements are implemented effectively.
