To complement our existing Boards at Rooftop Housing Group, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the communities in which we work, help us set the strategic direction of Rooftop Housing Group and ensure that we continue to perform well in challenging times. We are also looking for individuals that have an ability to work with our Executive Team to develop our services in a changing environment and demonstrate the highest standards of governance and sound decision-making principles.
Rated by the Regulator of Social Housing as a G1/V2/C2 organisation, we have demonstrated our ability to operate as an effective and well managed non-for-profit business offering housing, accommodation, and support to people in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
We are particularly interested in applicants who:
- have a lived experience of being a current Rooftop customer with an understanding of the challenges that face our communities (essential)
- a knowledge of the social housing sector (desirable).
This role requires a Standard DBS check in line with our Anti-Money Laundering Policy.
Our Board meetings are held in person at our Head Office in Evesham and our committee meetings are held online via Microsoft Teams.
