Estates & Facilities Administrator
25 hours per week
£18,927 per annum based on FTE of £28,012
Based in Evesham with travel to other sites and schemes as required
About the role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Estates & Facilities Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll provide essential administrative support to our Estates & Facilities Team and Health & Safety Officer. You’ll play a key part in coordinating activities, supporting contractors, maintaining accurate records, and helping us deliver a safe and high-quality environment for our customers and colleagues.
A key part of this role involves weekly travel to our schemes and locations to carry out site quality audits, helping to ensure our estates and facilities services are delivered to a high standard.
In this role, you will:
- Provide efficient and timely administrative support to the Estates & Facilities team
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Respond to queries from customers, contractors, and colleagues
- Liaise with contractors to obtain quotes, track progress, and ensure work is completed
- Travel regularly to sites to carry out quality checks and audits of contracted services
- Support the upkeep of mapping data for grounds maintenance services
- Assist with contractor meetings and documentation
- Support with ordering PPE and managing lone worker devices
We’re interested in people who are:
- Organised and able to manage their workload effectively
- Comfortable balancing office-based tasks with regular site visits
- Confident communicators, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with data and IT systems (including Microsoft Office)
- Customer-focused and committed to delivering a high standard of service
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience or qualifications:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (A–C/4–9)
Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
It would be great (but not essential) if you also have:
An NVQ Level 3 in Administration (or equivalent)
Experience working with and updating databases
Additional requirements
A full, current driving licence with access to a vehicle insured for business use
