Head of Assets and Repairs
Salary: £84,011 + £1,300 essential car user allowance
Location: Evesham (with travel)
Reporting to: Executive Director – Property

We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to head up our Assets and Repairs service, ensuring our homes are safe, well-maintained, and fit for the future.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape strategy, lead high-performing teams, and drive excellent services for our residents.
What you’ll do
- Lead asset investment, repairs, and maintenance services
- Ensure compliance, safety, and high-quality homes
- Use data and insight to drive performance and improvements
- Manage contractors, budgets, and strategic programmes
- Inspire and develop a talented, inclusive team
About you

- Senior leadership experience in housing, property, or a related sector
